About Our Cemetery

OUR MISSION

“To provide a dignified, peaceful burial ground that honours the memory of those who have passed, and offers lasting comfort to the families they leave behind.”

ADMINISTRATION

Omagh Presbyterian Cemetery is administered by a volunteer committee under the oversight of the Crosstowne. All inquiries regarding plots, services, and monument approvals are managed through our office.

SINCE 1838

A Heritage That Spans Generations

Omagh Presbyterian Cemetery was founded in 1838, making it one of the oldest active burial grounds in the Milton area. Established to serve members of the Omagh Presbyterian Church and their families, the cemetery has grown to become a cherished heritage site for the wider community.

Situated at 8815 Britannia Road in Milton, Ontario, the grounds are surrounded by mature trees that lend the site a natural tranquility unlike any other. Many of the earliest markers bear the names of pioneer families who helped build this region.

Today, the cemetery is maintained by a dedicated volunteer committee committed to preserving its historical significance while continuing to serve modern families with care, respect, and compassion
